Practice Administrator

Jason Miller began his tenure as practice administrator at GI North in June 2020. Along with an MPA from Appalachian State University, he brings a wealth of practical knowledge from his many years in healthcare administration as well his time with Booz Allen Hamilton as a consultant for the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. Additionally, Jason has held the distinction of being a Certified Medical Practice Executive through the American College of Medical Practice Executives since 2015.

With a penchant for perfection, Jason is dedicated to improving the patient experience at GI North through technological modernization and staff interaction. He is also committed to philanthropic ventures and focused on cultivating experiences through which the GI North family can give back in the North Atlanta region.

Always with an eye to the future, Jason looks forward to being an integral part of the growth of GI North, both in locations and service offerings.

Roxanna Cofrancesco

Marketing Director

Roxanna Redden Cofrancesco was born and raised in Monroe, Louisiana. She attended Louisiana State University and graduated with a degree in communications. After graduation, she worked for Johnson & Johnson’s subsidiary, Janseen Pharmaceuticals, for five years. Roxanna then married Dr. Simon Cofrancesco and had five children. In 2011, she relocated with her family to Cumming, Georgia, and began working in marketing for GI North.

Brittany Harrison

Clinic Nurse Manager

Brittany Harrison is a Georgia native who earned her certification as a licensed practical nurse at Lanier Technical College in 2017. From a young age, Brittany aspired to be a nurse to help care for and provide comfort to those in need. She has over six years of experience in the healthcare field, beginning in geriatrics and memory care before joining GI North in 2018. She is passionate about providing patients with compassion, empathy, and reassurance during their health journeys. In her free time, Brittany enjoys trying new restaurants and attending concerts and sporting events with her husband, Dylan, family, and friends. She is a mother of two fur babies, Milo and Mia, who love going on walks, playing in different dog parks, and squeaking their toys at all hours of the night.

Candie Leslie

Front Office Manager

Candie Leslie earned her certification in healthcare administration from Chattahoochee Technical College in 2013. Having spent the past 13 years in the healthcare administration field, she has accumulated hands-on experience in a wide array of skills and disciplines, including front-office management, billing, and call center operations. She has been instrumental in each of her roles, helping create policies and procedures as well as streamline day-to-day operations and management methods. Currently, Candie is the GI North front-office manager, overseeing call center and scheduling operations as well as the daily management of the front-office staff. In her free time, Candie enjoys date nights with her husband, Adam, as well as spending as much time as possible with her two children, Isabel and Emma. Her hobbies include baking, crafts, dancing, and watching college football.

Lena Fontonot

Billing Manager

Lena Fontonot earned her certification in billing and coding from Ashworth College in 2017. She has been involved in the medical field for over 15 years, spending 12 years in ENT. She brings a wide variety of experience, from front desk operations to all aspects of billing. Currently, Lena is the GI North billing manager, overseeing daily management of patient accounts, accounts receivable, EFT, and charge posting. She sets a positive example and knows how to use her strengths to encourage the team to succeed. Lena works alongside the employees, coaches team members, and creates an inclusive work environment. She communicates goals, expectations, and feedback. In her free time, Lena enjoys spending time with friends and family and being the best sister and auntie she can be. Her hobbies include cooking and watching sports and all the medical TV shows she can!

Nicole Burnett, RN, BSN

Endoscopy Nurse Manager

Nicole Burnett RN, BSN originally from Davenport, Iowa has been a nurse since 2008 . She initially graduated from Eastern Iowa Community College with an Associate’s degree in Nursing. She began her nursing career on a Surgical Specialty Unit at Genesis Healthcare, and shortly after transferred to the Mother Baby unit. In 2014 Nicole decided to continue her education and graduated from Saint Ambrose University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She graduated with Cum Laude Honors. In 2016 she moved to Atlanta, Georgia and began her career in management at Emory University where she worked at the Women’s Center for 4 years.  Nicole has been with GI North since 2021.

William Imai

Administrative Assistant

William Imai is a New York native who earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in computer information systems at Georgia State University. For the past eight years, he worked in Japan, experiencing a different work culture and seeing the world. William’s first experience working in a hospital setting was his internship with Grady during his last year of college; however, hearing all the stories from his wife, who works in the medical field, on a daily basis made him want to work in the medical field again. William is trilingual, has worked in various industries, and brings a wealth of experience that will help grow GI North. William and his wife enjoy trekking, trying new cuisines, and traveling to new places.
