COVID-19 UPDATE: April 30, 2020
To our Patients:
We hope this message finds you all safe and well. Our priority in our clinic and endoscopy center is the health and safety of our team, patients, and community. Of course we are all anxious to get back to work. We have chosen to proceed with great caution. If the trends continue to be favorable, we will start to see a very limited amount of patients (with commitment to adhere to the distancing parameters set in place) beginning on Monday, May 11, 2020.

Below are included in these measures and required BEFORE ENTERING either the clinic or endoscopy center:
***PLEASE DO NOT COME TO AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 OR HAVE BEEN KNOWINGLY EXPOSED, HAVE FEVER AND/OR CHILLS, ANY RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS (COUGH, AND/OR SHORTNESS OF BREATH) OR GENERAL FEELING OF FLU SYMPTOMS (BODY ACHES,ETC)***
- YOU MUST BRING AND WEAR YOUR OWN MASK AT ALL TIMES (WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SUPPLY MASKS)
- NO VISITORS/COMPANION POLICY: (VISITORS, COMPANIONS, OR RESPONSIBLE PARTIES ARE MANDATED TO WAIT IN THEIR VEHICLE)
- ANY PAPERWORK NECESSARY WILL NEED TO BE PRINTED FROM OUR WEBSITE AND COMPLETED PRIOR TO COMING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT (THIS WILL CUT DOWN ON YOUR TIME SPENT IN THE OFFICE)
- EVERY PATIENT MUST HAVE PATIENT PORTAL ACCESS-WE RE-INVITED EVERYONE VIA EMAIL RECENTLY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ACCESS PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AND ASK FOR A RESET. PATIENT PORTAL WILL BE AN EVEN MORE IMPORTANT ASPECT OF HEALTHCARE CONSIDERING COVID-19. IT ALLOWS YOU TO GET RX’S, ORDERS, AND COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR NURSES AND PROVIDERS ABOUT URGENT MATTERS. WE ALL NEED TO BE PREPARED IF WE HAVE ANOTHER SET BACK OR SHELTER IN PLACE ORDER FOR ANY REASON.
We will continue to post updates and valuable information through our patient portal, social media, and our website. Again, we appreciate your continued patience and understanding while we continue to navigate these uncertain times and look forward to safely seeing you back in our offices very soon for all services.
